I already have all fabric needed for Yuuya's jacket. (or more like the St. PigeoNation's uniform jacket) I will probably soon start sewing it, since I don't have any urgent schoolwork currently and I'm pretty much sick all the time anyway. I've also made some changes to my plans, but that is currently a ~*secret cosplay*~ and it will be revealed little bit before Kikucon, or after Kikucon or something. Near Kikucon anyway, because I'm going to compete in it!

And this has been a proof of me being alive.

My cosplay plans for 2012

So, since I won't be getting the pictures from Chen photoshoot yet, I will do this first.

For Tampere Kuplii in May, I will be doing two costumes. I'm not yet sure of the days I will be wearing them, since I maybe want to compete and Vincent would be ideal for that, but it's not announced yet on which day the cosplay competition is. But I will be doing

Yuuya Sakazaki from Hatoful Boyfriend.

...and Vincent Nightray from Pandora Hearts. 

The next con I'm attending after this is Desucon in June, where on Friday I'm just going to be Yuuya again (but now complete with Sakuya! :3)
For Saturday I'm doing the child version of Vincent. Straight from Sablier.

And for Sunday I may be doing Star Sapphire from Touhou project, depending on how much time I will have to do it. I would also have Luna Child and probably Sunny Milk with me then. 

After that is huge blank for Animecon in July, I'm probably just going to use some costume I already made.

Then for Tracon in I-don't-remember-in-which-month I'm going to make the masquerade/pirate version of Ciel Phantomhive. 

And for Kosucon which I'm not even sure they are going to held it because people from Jyväskylä pretty much suck at helding anything. (I currently live in a small town very near to Jyväskylä so I hope they are helding it) I'm doing The Lost Memory version of Len Kagamine. 

Aaand that's it! Well I have a huge amount of characters I'd want to do but have no time to... 

Promised better introducion and my cosplay history

I'm Miia/Miu/Muikku/Anniina whatever you like to call me, and I have been cosplaying since 2009. I'm currently in 9th grade, and will go to upper secondary school and vocational school next autumn, and yes I'm planning to do them both at the same time.

I started cosplaying 2009 when I was 12 and it was pretty horrible since I had sewn only small bags and stuff like that before and no clothes. But my mom helped me a lot.

My first cosplay was Puchiko/Petit Charat from Di Gi Charat in spring 2009. I don't (luckily) have any pictures of it since it was pretty horrible. I still have the costume somewhere but I have no idea where and it doesn't even fit me anymore.

My second cosplay was somewhat gijinka-ish version of White mushroom heartless from Kingdom hearts in summer 2009. The hat didn't keep it's shape, but I'm somewhat proud of the dress...thing...

Then I had a little break from cosplaying, I don't know why, but the next time was during my horrible hetalia fangirl phrase, Lithuania or Torin Lorinaitis or what ever it's written like I don't care on autumn 2010. This was the first time I even got compliments of my cosplay...! ...But it's really horrible, since I used my own hair which was wrong color and too curly. And I really seem to have only this picture, and it's only of the jacket without pockets... 

Then, in early 2011 I was still an horrible hetalia fangirl, luckily little bit less horrible. So I made the genderbent version of France. And I used again my own hair which was still wrong colour. D: I can't seem to find pictures of it though.

And 2011 happened, I got more cosplay friend, so I ended up cosplaying more. Next was Stocking (from Panty&Stocking with Garterbelt) for summer 2011. I finally discovered wigs. This I was really proud of, even though the cuffs on the sleeves decided to not to stay in place. And the wig was tangling and falling off the whole time. 

Also for summer 2011, I made Madoka's magical girl outfit. It turned out to be the most appreciated one of my cosplays so far and I was even asked for an internet cosplay competition on Tracon VI when I wore it again! 

Then I went back to failing... ;__; I did Koishi Komeiji from Touhou Project in autumn 2011 and only thing I'm proud of is the eye and "eyeveins". I'm considering to redo this though, because Koishi is one of my favourite characters!

Then was Chen from Touhou project on autumn/winter 2011. It was actually made in 3 days because we suddenly changed plans for touhou.fi's group's show. I had to be Chen because I was shortest and had brown hair. Our group ended up being third in the group contest! I don't have good pictures of this yet, but I'm actually going to photoshoot this tomorrow with my friend. So pictures will come soon! 

And then, the most recent one, Nue Houjuu from Touhou project, early 2012. This made me hate having big wings, no one could watch out for them and wigs took pretty much damage during the con. The only thing I don't like in this is that it was the first time I was modifying a wig and it kinda failed. 

And that's it! In few days I will make a post about my cosplay plans for 2012, since I have made already a lot of them.

I'm Miu, and this will be an some sort of cosplay blog of mine.

Also, this will not be the final name of it, and not the final theme. I will gladly accept suggestions for the name.

I will do soon better introducion post with my cosplay history, and I'm planning to do other post with my cosplay plans for this year.

//Edit, I came up with a somewhat better name and I'm trying to stick with it for some time. (My cats like to disturb when I'm sewing and I always fail with needles, if you ask.)
